Lifestyle Family Fitness is currently searching for:

Full Time Personal Trainer

Educational Requirements

Personal Trainers must have completed an educational program specific to physical fitness (i.e. Fitness and Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Health Sciences).
Experience in the fitness industry and other training certifications (i.e. CPTN, CanFitPro) are required.
Continuing education, further certification courses, and ability to follow job description requirements are required to maintain personal training status and to increase in pay levels.
Current CPR and First Aid are required for all positions at Lifestyle Family Fitness and must be maintained throughout employment.

Fitness Consultant

Educational Requirements:

A post secondary education program specific to health and fitness (Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or Fitness and Health Promotion) is recommended.
Other certifications relevant to sales, marketing and/or fitness are a definite asset.
Prior experience in fitness training or personal training is an asset but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments with the goal of effectively selling personal training consultations
  • Develop and revise fitness programs for members
  • Conduct follow-up calls with members
  • Complete all daily statistics and necessary paperwork
  • Carry out the customer courtesy protocol
  • Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the club
  • Assist at the front desk when required
